Main Ingredients
- 130g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Finishing Touch
- 1/2 tbsp ponzu sauce
步驟
Cut the bamboo shoots in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. Mix the ☆ seasonings (ponzu sauce and sesame oil) in a tray, add the bamboo shoots, and let them marinate for about 10 minutes. Drain the excess liquid.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bamboo shoots and cook until they develop a golden-brown color.
Plate the bamboo shoots, sprinkle with bonito flakes, and drizzle with the finishing ponzu sauce.
