Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌱 50g frozen edamame
- 🥓 2 slices ham
- 🧀 2 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut the ham in half and slice it thinly.
Remove the edamame beans from their pods and place them in a bowl. Add the ☆ seasonings (soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and mix lightly.
Spread the cooked rice in a heatproof dish. Top with the sliced ham and seasoned edamame. Crack the egg in the center, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and season with black pepper.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
