Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 stalk (165g) green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
步驟
Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Place salt, sake, pepper, and chicken into a plastic bag. Massage the mixture, remove air, seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Skewer chicken and green onion alternately on bamboo skewers, making 4 skewers in total.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the skewers, cover, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Remove the lid, flip the skewers, and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
