Remove veins and membranes from the cod milt, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare a bowl with water and 1 tsp salt, mix to create saltwater, and wash the cod milt in it. Pat dry with kitchen paper.

Place the cod milt on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Grill in a toaster oven until golden brown. Remove and brush the surface with soy sauce, then grill again for 1-2 minutes until crispy.
