Main Ingredients
- 🥚 7 eggs
- 🧅 1.5 onions
- 1 packet curry powder
- 1 handful enoki mushrooms (optional)
- Adequate amount of pepper
- Adequate amount of sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare all ingredients: 7 eggs, 1.5 onions, 1 packet curry powder, pepper, sesame seeds, and optional enoki mushrooms.
Place eggs at room temperature for 30 minutes to remove chill. Boil eggs for 13 minutes with water, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 tbsp vinegar.
After boiling, place eggs in cold water for 5 minutes and peel them.
Heat a pan with adequate cooking oil and grill the boiled eggs until golden brown over medium-low heat.
Add sliced onions to the pan and sauté until they become translucent.
Add 2.5 cups of water and 1 packet of curry powder to the pan. Stir well. Optionally, add enoki mushrooms.
Simmer on low heat briefly until the curry thickens.
