  • Sweet Soy Sauce

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Garnish

    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
    • 4 shiso leaves
    • A pinch of white sesame seeds
