    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the mackerel skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip and cook on low heat for about 2.5 minutes until fully cooked. Add the aromatic sauce and simmer to coat the fish. Serve the mackerel over mizuna.
