- 🐟 1 fillet salted mackerel (85g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 15cm green onion (45g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp of salad oil.
Place the salted mackerel fillet skin-side down in the pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the mackerel and cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the green onion pieces to the pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes until slightly charred.
Serve the grilled mackerel alongside the sautéed green onions.
