Vegetables
- 1 pack maitake mushrooms
- Chopped green onion, as needed

- 1 piece fried tofu
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
步驟
Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Cut the fried tofu into 1cm wide strips along the longer side, then halve them along the shorter side.
Place the fried tofu in a frying pan and cook over medium-low heat, flipping occasionally, until browned. Add the maitake mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes until browned.
Mix the sesame sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked tofu and mushrooms, and toss to coat. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
