- 2 pieces dried hokke (250g)
Vegetables
- 150g grated daikon (5cm)
Fruits
- 🍋 2 wedges of lemon
Condiments
- Soy sauce as needed

Grate the daikon and remove excess water.

Heat salad oil in a pan and place the hokke skin-side down. Cover and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes.

Flip the hokke and cook on medium heat for another 3 minutes until fully cooked.

Plate the hokke and serve with lemon wedges and grated daikon. Drizzle soy sauce over the daikon.
