Fish
- 🐟 200g sardines, opened
Vegetables
- 🍅 100g tomato, sliced
- 30g bell pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dry Ingredients
- Enough flour for coating
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Condiments
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
Cheese
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
步驟
Slice the tomato into 7mm thick rounds. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and slice into rings.
Pat the sardines dry, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the sardines skin-side up and cook until browned. Flip and cook the skin side until browned.
Turn off the heat, spread ketchup evenly on the sardines, and top with tomato slices, bell pepper rings, and pizza cheese. Cover the pan and cook on low-medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
