- 🐟 4 sardines, opened (320g)
Vegetables
- 1 pack of kaiware sprouts
Staples
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp sukiyaki sauce
步驟

Cut off the roots of the kaiware sprouts.

Coat both sides of the sardines with all-purpose flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the sardines skin-side down. Cook over medium heat until browned.

Flip the sardines and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the seasonings and spoon the sauce over the sardines while simmering.
