- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
Vegetables
- 100g grated daikon
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.

Sprinkle salt on both sides of the swordfish fillets and let them sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the swordfish and cook for about 1 minute until browned. Flip and cook on lower medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fully cooked.

Plate the swordfish, garnish with grated daikon, and drizzle soy sauce on top.
