- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Spices
- A pinch of sansho powder
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.

Cut the green onion into 3–4 cm pieces.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and green onion, cooking until both sides are browned. Remove the green onion.

Wipe off excess oil with a paper towel, add the mixed seasoning, and simmer until thickened. Sprinkle sansho powder before serving.
