- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets

- 2 tbsp shio koji

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel.
Place the yellowtail and shio koji in a resealable bag. Gently massage the fillets with the shio koji, remove air from the bag, and seal it. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Lightly wipe off excess shio koji from the surface.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until golden brown on one side. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
