- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced into 2cm cubes
- 🍆 1 eggplant, diced into 2cm cubes
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
步驟

Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes. Remove the stem of the eggplant and dice it into 2cm cubes.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add the eggplant and stir-fry until it softens. Then add the seasonings (sake, salt and pepper, soy sauce, curry powder) and stir quickly.

Add the diced tomato and stir-fry briefly.
