Main Ingredients
- 300g rice cakes
- 🥩 150g bulgogi beef
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 paprika
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Rice Cake Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Beef and Mushroom Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A dash of pepper
步驟
Soak or blanch the rice cakes in lukewarm water to soften them, then mix with the rice cake seasoning.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the paprika and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the beef and shiitake mushrooms with their seasoning in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef, mushrooms, and carrots for 2 minutes.
Add the rice cakes and paprika to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.
Plate the Gungjung Tteokbokki and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
