- 2 stalks (20g) rapeseed flower
Seasoning
- 1 sheet (5g) kombu
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 💧 400 ml water

Cut rapeseed flower into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot, blanch the rapeseed flower briefly, then transfer to cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Place kombu and water in a pot and let it sit for 30 minutes. Heat gently over low heat and remove the kombu just before boiling.

Once boiling, reduce heat and add clams, rapeseed flower, sake, and salt. Simmer until the clams open.
