- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced and shaped
- 🥦 3 florets broccoli
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Cheese Cream Sauce
- 100g cream cheese
- 50cc heavy cream
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of pepper
步驟
Mince the onion. Slice the carrot into 5mm rounds and cut into star shapes. Mince the remaining carrot. Cut broccoli into small florets and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Place the star-shaped carrots, broccoli, and water (1 tsp) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, minced onion, minced carrot, and seasoning ingredients until sticky and well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the meat mixture into a round cake about 1.5cm thick.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine cheese cream sauce ingredients and heat over low heat until smooth.
Spread the cheese cream sauce over the baked meat cake. Decorate with star-shaped carrots, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes.
