Soup Base
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 360 ml hot water
Toppings
- 4 pieces hanafu
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 2 tsp katsuobushi

Break the dried wakame into small pieces in a bowl, then add katsuobushi and miso. Mix well.

Place half of the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a ball, and top with hanafu. Wrap tightly.
