Main Ingredients
- 1/2 sheet hanpen
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 💧 400 ml water
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water

Cut the hanpen into 2 cm cubes.

Add the seasoning ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.

Add hanpen and wakame to the boiling soup. Stir while adding the potato starch mixture and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

Pour the beaten egg into the soup. Once the egg floats to the surface, turn off the heat and stir lightly to finish.
