- 1 bunch mitsuba
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder

- 💧 400 ml water

Cut hanpen into 2cm cubes and trim mitsuba roots, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, combine salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
