- 2 pieces hanpen
- 2 pieces ginger
- 1/3 bunch mitsuba
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
步驟

Grate one piece of ginger and julienne the other piece.

Cut mitsuba into bite-sized pieces and quarter the hanpen.
