Main Ingredients
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- A small amount of glass noodles
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- A small amount of olive oil
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- A small amount of ground pepper
- 💧 50 ml water
步驟
Slice king oyster mushrooms and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with olive oil and stir-fry the carrot first, then add onion and bell pepper.
Add king oyster mushrooms, minced garlic, oyster sauce, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add soy sauce and pepper, then stir-fry until well combined. Add glass noodles and water.
Mix cornstarch with water and pour into the pan once boiling. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Prepare a bowl of warm rice and pour the mushroom and vegetable mixture over it.
