食材
Dough
- 🌾 200g all-purpose flour
- 🥛 40ml cold milk
- 💧 40ml cold water
- 🧈 160g butter
- 🍬 20g powdered sugar
- 🧂 2g salt
步驟
Combine all ingredients and knead into dough. Refrigerate while performing 3-4 folds.
Sprinkle sugar generously on the surface and roll the dough flat with a rolling pin.
Fold each end inward, leaving a gap in the center for further folding.
Fold the ends again, ensuring a gap remains in the center for folding in half.
Fold the dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Roll the dough in sugar again, slice into 1cm thick pieces, and space them out on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Adjust the shape with chopsticks after 5 minutes if needed.
Cool the cookies on a wire rack after baking.
