- 1 can miso-flavored canned mackerel
Vegetables
- 2 bags bean sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Liquid
- 400 ml water
- 1 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
Seasoning
- 4 cubes curry roux
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Staple
- 🍚 4 bowls cooked white rice (800g)
- 🥚 4 egg yolks

Chop the bean sprouts roughly and mince the garlic.

Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add bean sprouts and stir-fry.

Add water and the miso-flavored canned saba (including the liquid) to the pan. Break the saba into large chunks. Once boiling, add curry roux and men tsuyu.

Serve the curry over bowls of white rice and top with egg yolks.
