- 🦪 150g shucked oysters
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetable
- 40g pickles, minced
Condiment
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Olive oil for brushing, as needed
Breadcrumb Mixture
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tbsp grated cheese
- Black pepper, as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Finely chop the boiled egg and pickles.
Mix the chopped egg and pickles with mayonnaise to make tartar sauce.
Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, grated cheese, black pepper, and olive oil.
Wash the oysters and pat them dry.
Arrange the oysters on a heatproof dish, brush with olive oil, and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the baked oysters with tartar sauce on the side.
