Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 10g dried hijiki
Protein
- 1/2 sheet fried tofu (20g), sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
Water
- 💧 Water to 2-cup rice cooker line
步驟
Julienne the carrot. Wipe excess oil from fried tofu with a paper towel, cut it in half along the short edge, then slice thinly along the long edge.
Add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup line. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread hijiki, fried tofu, and carrot evenly on top.
Cook the rice as usual. Once done, gently mix the rice and toppings together and serve in bowls.
