- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 🥕 30g julienned carrot
- 5g dried hijiki
Protein
- 10g thinly sliced fried tofu
Liquids
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder

Julienne the carrot and wipe excess oil from fried tofu with a paper towel, then slice thinly.

Add soaked rice, seasonings (☆), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup line. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Place hijiki, fried tofu, and carrot on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice setting.
