- 1 bag hiratake mushrooms
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
Seafood
- 150g boiled octopus, chopped
Spices & Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 chili pepper, halved
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- Enough olive oil to cover ingredients
步驟
Trim the base of the hiratake mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the zucchini into 5mm thick rounds.
Crush the garlic with a knife and roughly chop it. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and cut it in half.
In a skillet, heat olive oil with garlic, chili pepper, salt, and pepper over medium heat.
Once fragrant, add the hiratake mushrooms, chopped boiled octopus, and zucchini. Cook for 5–6 minutes until everything is tender.
