- 🥛 1 liter milk
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
步驟
Pour the milk into a pot and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When bubbles start to form, gradually add the vinegar while stirring. Lemon juice can be used as a substitute for vinegar.
Add 1 tsp of salt and continue heating until the milk forms curds.
Line a strainer with a cheesecloth and separate the curds from the whey. Do not discard the whey.
Blend the curds with the remaining salt using a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of whey gradually while blending.
