食材
Dough
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 160ml warm water
- 20g vegetable oil
- 🍬 20g sugar
- 🧂 5g salt
- 4g dry yeast
- 4g baking powder
- 2 tbsp mugwort powder (optional)
Filling
- 300-320g sweet red bean paste
步驟
Prepare all ingredients.
Make four wells in the flour and add baking powder, salt, sugar, and dry yeast into each well.
Stir the mixture lightly with a spoon.
Add 160ml of warm water and knead the dough.
Once the dough comes together, add vegetable oil and knead for 10 minutes.
Mix 1 tbsp of water with mugwort powder and knead it into half of the dough until the color is evenly distributed.
Divide the dough into 60g portions.
Divide the red bean paste into 40-45g portions.
Wrap each portion of dough around the red bean paste and seal tightly.
Place the buns on parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and let them rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Steam the buns in a steamer for 15-20 minutes.
