- 2 pieces koya tofu
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey

- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar

- 3 tbsp powdered tofu
- 1 tsp rum
- 🧈 10 g butter
步驟
Mix all ingredients in category A in a bowl until well combined.
Rehydrate koya tofu, cut diagonally into quarters, and squeeze out excess water. Soak the tofu in the A mixture for about 1 hour.
Place the soaked tofu along with the egg mixture into a heatproof dish. Add ingredients from category B and bake in a toaster oven (750W) for about 10 minutes until the surface is golden and the egg mixture is set.
Drizzle honey over the hot pudding, slice it, and serve on plates.
