- 🍤 10 shrimp
- 🌽 4 tbsp canned corn
- 🥛 sufficient amount of milk
Seasoning
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
步驟
Prepare 10 shrimp, thaw if frozen, and make a slit on the back for better presentation.
Heat a pan and add butter and minced garlic. Stir until the butter melts and garlic is sautéed.
Add the shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked.
Blend 3 tbsp canned corn with enough milk to cover it, creating a corn sauce.
Pour the blended corn sauce into the pan with shrimp and simmer until slightly thickened.
Add 1 tbsp canned corn for texture, and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
