Main Ingredients
- 🍠 2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
步驟
Thinly slice the sweet potatoes. You can peel them or leave the skin on after washing thoroughly.
Soak the slices in cold water for 5-10 minutes to remove excess starch.
Pat the slices dry with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
Heat cooking oil in a pan to about 0.5 cm depth, enough to submerge the slices.
Fry the sweet potato slices on low heat for 1-2 minutes, then increase to high heat to achieve a golden color.
Remove the fried slices and place them on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
In a separate pan, melt butter and mix with honey and parsley flakes in a 1:1 ratio.
Toss the fried sweet potato chips in the honey-butter mixture until evenly coated.
