Main Ingredients
- 🍘 20 pieces of rice cakes
- 🥟 23 pieces of dumplings
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water
步驟
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the rice cakes until they turn golden brown.
In the same pan, add oil and fry the dumplings until crispy, then set them aside.
In a heated pan, add a little oil, then sauté 3 tbsp of chopped onion and 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic.
Add 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp rice syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, and 3 tbsp water to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the fried dumplings and rice cakes to the sauce, toss to coat evenly, and finish with 1 tbsp of honey. Serve on a plate.
