- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 🥚 4 boiled eggs
Seasoning
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
Liquid
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 200cc water

Slice the ginger thinly. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, combine sake, water, chicken, and ginger. Bring to a boil over medium heat and skim off any foam.

Add soy sauce, honey, and boiled eggs. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
