- 🥩 600g sliced beef for bulgogi
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Noodles
- 🍜 1 serving glass noodles
Seasoning
- 🧂 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 💧 Enough water to cover beef
步驟
Slice the carrot, onion, bell pepper, and prepare oyster mushrooms. Chop the green onion finely.
Soak the glass noodles in water for 20 minutes.
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix in the prepared vegetables.
Place the marinated beef and vegetables into a hotpot. Add enough water to cover the beef and bring to a boil.
Once the beef is halfway cooked, add the soaked glass noodles and simmer until the noodles are tender.
Serve hot with the flavorful broth, tender beef, and vegetables.
