- 🦑 1 cuttlefish (200g)
步驟
Make a cut along the center of the cuttlefish shell and peel off the outer skin.
Remove the shell. Carefully peel off the membrane covering the body and extract the tentacles.
Pinch and remove the thin skin lining the inside of the body. Use a paper towel to grip and peel off the outer skin.
For the tentacles, carefully remove the internal organs without breaking the ink sac. Peel off the skin using a paper towel, then cut between the eyes and extract the beak and eyes. Wash off any dirt and slime.
