- 🥔 3cm daikon, julienned

- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Thinly slice the cucumber diagonally and julienne it. Julienne the daikon as well.

In a bowl, mix all the seasonings (gochujang, sugar, vinegar, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the squid, cucumber, and daikon, then mix until well combined.
