- 20g of ikana-go no kugi-ni
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) komatsuna
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water

Cut the root off the komatsuna and wash the base with water. Cut into 3cm pieces, separating stems and leaves. Place stems and leaves in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix dashi powder, soy sauce, and water. Add the komatsuna and ikana-go no kugi-ni, then toss to combine.
