- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
Seafood
- 🦪 150g clams (pre-soaked)
Vegetables
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- Parsley to taste
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 💧 60cc water

Wash the clams by rubbing the shells together and drain the water.

Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.

In a bowl, layer cooked rice, clams, and cherry tomatoes, then pour the seasoning mixture over.

Tear the melting cheese into pieces and place on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.

Adjust the taste with salt and pepper, then garnish with parsley.
