Mushrooms
- 🍄 5 shiitake mushrooms
- 🍄 5 button mushrooms
Vegetables
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls of salad greens
- 10g baby leaves
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- 1-2 tbsp balsamic cream
- 1 tbsp balsamic dressing
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
步驟
Soak baby leaves in cold water for 10 minutes to refresh them. Optionally, add a drop of baking soda or vinegar.
Slice large mushrooms into quarters and smaller ones into halves. Cherry tomatoes should be halved as well.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until fully cooked.
Add balsamic cream to the pan and increase the heat to reduce quickly. Stir to coat the mushrooms evenly.
Turn off the heat and add cherry tomatoes to the pan. Let the residual heat slightly warm the tomatoes.
Arrange salad greens on a plate and top with the sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes. Drizzle balsamic dressing over the greens.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad and garnish with baby leaves.
