Meat
- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 250g pea shoots
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 90g lettuce leaves
Wrapper
- 20 dumpling wrappers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Condiments
- Soy sauce to taste
- Mustard to taste
步驟
Trim the roots off the pea shoots. Microwave them in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, and chop into 1cm pieces. Mince the onion.
Cut the dumpling wrappers into 5mm strips.
In a bowl, mix minced pork, pea shoots, onion, and the seasoning ingredients until sticky. Divide into 15 portions and shape into balls.
Coat each meatball with the dumpling wrapper strips.
Line a frying pan with lettuce leaves and arrange the dumplings on top. Add 70cc of water, cover, and steam over medium-low heat for 5–7 minutes.
Serve on a plate with soy sauce and mustard on the side.
