- 🥬 120g cabbage, chopped
- 🥔 200g potatoes, peeled and diced
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4g bonito flakes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
步驟
Cut the cabbage into 1.5cm squares and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes until softened.
Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Rinse in water and drain. Place in a separate microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mash roughly while still hot.
Combine the cabbage, mashed potatoes, and seasonings (soy sauce, bonito flakes, and mayonnaise) in a bowl and mix well.
