Bread
- 🍞 4 slices sandwich bread
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 leaf lettuce
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 green onion, chopped
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧈 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 tsp mustard
Other
- As needed all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp salad oil
步驟
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice cucumber diagonally and chop green onion.
Cut chicken into 1cm strips and coat with flour.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and chopped green onion to make tartar sauce.
Combine soy sauce, sake, and mirin to create the teriyaki sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned. Add teriyaki sauce and coat evenly.
Mix butter and mustard together.
Toast bread slices and spread the butter-mustard mixture on one side.
Layer lettuce, chicken, cucumber, and tartar sauce on the bread. Cover with another slice and wrap in plastic wrap. Let sit for 10 minutes.
