- 🥩 300g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
BBQ Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
步驟
Slice garlic thinly.
Finely chop the beef.
Mix beef with salt, pepper, sake, and mayonnaise. Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly.
Divide the beef mixture into two portions and shape into steak-like forms using plastic wrap. Score the surface lightly and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Fry garlic until golden and remove.
Increase heat to medium-high and cook the beef steaks on both sides until browned. Remove from the pan.
Wipe excess oil from the pan with a paper towel.
Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Turn off the heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve the steaks with the sauce poured over.
