- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Thinly slice the kabocha squash.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the kabocha slices. Cook for 3–4 minutes.

Add sugar and soy sauce to the pan, mix well, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
