- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp kombu tea powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the turnip leaves, leaving 1 cm attached to the root. Slice the leaves into 4 cm pieces and peel the turnips. Thinly slice the turnips vertically.

Place the turnips, leaves, and salt in a bowl. Massage them gently and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain excess water.

Add the drained turnips and leaves to a bowl with kombu tea powder and sesame oil. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
