- 150g silken tofu

- 25g mentaiko

- 🧂 1 pinch salt

Trim the roots of the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 1 minute to remove excess water.

Make a slit in the mentaiko and scoop out the contents with a spoon.

In a bowl, mash the tofu and mix it with the mentaiko, sugar, and salt.

Add the kaiware sprouts to the bowl and mix gently.
